Lived here for 3 months service is poor at best. Had issues 2/23/2014 with main bathroom both toilet and sink neither worked I was told that it probably would not happen until Tuesday to get fixed. Then I reported 12/2013 that the hallway had spider webs all over the place months ago still not cleaned. On move in 12/2013 I had to clean unit it was filthy dirty both floors and patio area. The outside windows had mold and were green outside. Then when neighbor moved I got roaches and they sent Massey over to spray and that was a waste he sprayed on 12 inch spot in kitchen and 12 inch spot in master bedroom. After dealing with ZRS management to get resolved I called in my own pesticide company and got it resolved by myself. I think I made a major mistake moving here.
