ZTel offered lower rates and better service. When I received my first billing on 2/6/03, my phone rate had tripled. I called ZTel to dispute bill and to let them know I was going to contact my prior carrier to resign with them. I was assured my services would not be disrupted.

Twenty fours later my phone service was disconnected. I called Ztel customer service and assured the service would be back on within 24 hours. After using my cell phone to try to get the confusion straightened out I was told they would do the best they could do to get the service reconnected. One supervisor told the service should have not been disrupted. Now I have a $90.00 telephone bill and no phone.
