Zudi Karagjozi, CEO of Kara Homes Inc. is a worthless bum. He seems to believe his incompetent management team was somehow not responsible for running his company into the ground. He basks in the sun at his luxurious Rumson mansion, looking for a way to "invest" his money (which he stole) back into his hopeless shell of a company.

He sleeps in comfort every night, hiding behind his attorneys and his bankruptcy protection while the people who had their life savings stolen have to wait & worry. His buddies & their mistresses keep collecting their hefty six-figure salaries, gloating anytime Kara Homes manages to complete the most basic & elemental tasks, like cleaning up trash from his woefully neglected job sites.

His "re-organization" plan consists of hundreds of millions of dollars for himself, his friends & his company while tossing a pathetic pittance towards his thousands of victims. Zudi Karagjozi represents everything that's wrong with today's business world. He's an arrogant, unscrupulous. egotistical braggart who trashed a profitable and productive company through sheer incompetence and hubris.

Getting involved with the bum Karagjozi or with his worthless business is the equivalent of throwing your money out the window. Avoid doing business with Kara Homes or the bum Karagjozi at any & all costs.
