Complaint Review: Zumiez.com

Zumiez.com Zumiez Vans Old Skool Nike Gave me damaged items and have not given a satisfying resolution. Lynnwood Washington

Hi, I am very dissatisfied in regards to the service I received for 3 of my most recent orders. The first order 155613098 which was for a pair of shoes had very noticeable unmanufactured stains on the left shoe. Another order 155431444 was for a pair of paints that have a big dot of white paint on them. The third order 155495297 is noticeably used and has staining on both pairs which has led to yellowing. This is not the first time I have received damaged items from Zumiez and it's totally unacceptable. It's truly upsetting that I have to worry about placing an order because what I will receive is actually damaged. All of these items were supposed to be gifts and thankfully I checked on them beforehand.I later spoke to a customer service manager named Benji and another supervisor named Dani. They were both very condescending and unhelpful. They pretty much told me that I am lucky to be receiving a refund for the damaged items that I received from them and that asking to place new orders but with a discount is asking for a lot.
