First off, my website is 8 months delayed, and there is nothing to even show that there was any work done. Greg Young, the one time I got a hold of him, said his co-worker Devin Desai no longer worked with the company, and that he left it in shambles. He has since not returned my phone calls or emails in regards to my account. Zunaweb, Zuna.net will take your deposit and run. Do not use them for a lowcost website. If you cannot afford a high priced website off the bat, I am sure there are other, better options out there. Or even go with a Wix.com style site, but DO NOT USE ZUNA.NET! GREG YOUNG, GREGORY P. YOUNG will steal your money and run!

My experience has been like so:
A quick questionnaire is sent to me on May 7th, 2010 to find out what my website should look like. I fill it out and send it back. Exactly 1 week later, I receive an email from Greg stating that my information would be passed on to my account manager, Devin.
July 14th - First pdf of homepage is shown. It's a generic web template you can get off the internet. I send in first revisions.
July 27th - Check on progress via phone call and email.

I would like to update the rip off report for Zuna.net. I have since received a phone call from Greg and the issue has been resolved with a full money back refund. We spoke about the situation and it does seem as though Devin Desai let the ball fall on this one. Since he abruptly left the business, he also left all of his accounts without telling them. My account was lost further due to a software update that Zuna had made. The lack of communication and the ridiculous length of time this took are still unacceptable, but I am happy with the refund I was issued, and I am making a point to state this online.
