We went into this company zurich beauty at 200 w. 134th st la ca 90061 to purchase a salon chair and it seemed weird that they refused cash and only wanted credit card. we went ahead and paid by credit card. 2 months later, we receive a call from our bank that a company named Grand Cafe coffee in chicago had charged our card for $2881. We called grand cafe coffee and a gentle man from serbia montenegro claimed that they normally sell $2881 worth of coffee sometimes. The same gentleman that also worked at zurich when we came to purchase the chairs. We called zurich and the receptionist Luke confirmed the affiliation with zurich and grand cafe coffee in chicago. Now luke is nowhere to be found and all numbers are not being answered and zurich is now claiming that they dont know grand cafe coffee shop in chicago. I have filed a police report also and i am reporting to the district attorneys office
