Complaint Review: ZVN Properties

I got signed up with this company in Aug. 2016. It is now Jan. 2017 and I have not been paid for any of the work I have completed for  them. They are a total scam, rip off company. Do your homework before you sign up with REO companies like this. Property Preservation is a multi-billion dollar a year industry and the more business from the banks and leniding institutions companies like this, the higher the dollar sign gets logged in there greedy little hands. FACT and POLICY for this company. You have to wait 60 days from the date they submit your work to the investor before you can file a dispute for non-payment. Meanwhile, you already did the work. Used your own funds to do so. And then, like in my case, was told it hadn't been 60 days yet. BULLS***!!! It's January 9th. I completed two jobs in Sept. Do not get signed up with this company. I am a certified trainer for REOTraining LLC. and I tell all of my students to avoid this company like the plague. You should do the same.
