zwaveproducts.com Never Deliver Products Internet

On 11/27/2013 I made a purchase for Z-Wave Razberry-Pi GPIO Daughter Card , I also requested and paid for 3 day select shipping through ups, at the time the status said on back order till 12/15/2013, which I was willing to wait, on 12/16/2013 on zwaveproducts.com website under my account had the status changed from pending to shipped, on 12/17/2013 zwaveproducts.com charged my account for the product and shipping. The site did not have a tracking number listed, so on 12/17/2013 using there contact form on there site I sent a request for the tracking number, I have never received a response back, by 12/20/2013 4 Business days after it was marked as shipped, I still have not received the product or any communication, so I sent another contact request requesting a response back as to where is the product or a tracking number. Today 12/28/2013 a week after my 2nd attempt to contact zwaveproducts.com I still have not received the product or any communication, I have sent a 3rd and final communication, this time I am now asking for a full refund of the charges made and to cancel the order, and to do this in an immediate and timely matter.  Since then I have made several investiagations into this company, I so wish I would have done it before I bought from them, if you are wondering about this company do a internet search its not hard to find bad review and several other people have reported the same situation as me.  I have found that tht better buisness beru has given them a F rating do to serval complaints and unrespones from them.
