Complaint Review: Zwerl /Heysphere

I worked for them from October of last year to the present.It began okay. I was maybe their highest ranked expert( 5 stars) .I never saw a higher ranking than mine(4.60).So I write from the standpoint of truth and from a high competency level. It used to be you were paid 10.00 an hour across the board..All chats were individual.They even paid a  shift guarantee of 1.00 an hour just  for showing  up. I was favourited by many and it was a pretty decent way to earn a(marginal) living from home.My expertise was English,and I added other areas.Gradually things changed .They had few workers at first. Then gradually added more. As they added to their workforce they got cheaper.They began to hire people almost exclusively from The Philippines,India and other impoverished nations.What they did was unethical.They saw they could pay them 1.00 or 2.00 an hour and get away with it.And they did. I had my wages cut form 10.00 to many times 50 cents for 2 hrs,and even worse.I complained and they did nothing.I see others have posted here(ripoff report).There should be more. So they reduced their wages when they saw they could manipulate my fellow Philippinos..They are strict, have surveillance, bully and rob you of your earnings.They went from individual sessions(which worked well and are private) to a group format that is a disaster,unnecessary,and will keep you in the poor house.\ I lobbied vociferously, was constantly at war with them, called them on all their dishonest practices...and to no avail.The most I made was 1,000.00 on consecutive months,then 750.00. In April and May I made 125.00 and 200.00 respectively.In June, a grand total of 2 dollars.I gave up.Lily,Anh,Joanne and esp Georgina...they have no soul. Zwerl is a bad dream and worse ap. We parted ways for good..but let me warn you..stay away.I was their ace.... and worked for 9 months.Don't be their fool;don't waste your time . Stephen
