zwicker and a*s pc file a verified complaint signed by someone pertending to be a notary rochester, New York
In June of 2008 zwicker and a*s pc served me with a verified complaint. I sent them two letters in response to the complaint. They refused my correspondence stating that it was not verified. Zwicker and a*s pc also filed for a judgment with the same verified complaint. Twice in this complaint it stated that the balance of$3416.10 was paid. On the corporate verification it is signed by someone as a notary public. There is no stamp and no seal. The local county clerk granted them a judgment and noone check to see if this person was a notary, Almost four years later zwicker and a*s pc began an income execution.
It took me one week and two postage stamps to find out the notary public's commission expired more than a year prior to the signing of the document and was not renewed. I feel that this judgment was granted under false pretenses and I requested the county clerk's office to vacate it. But they refused. I can't help but wonder how many ther judgments were handled in this matter. A legal document should say what it means and mean what it says and this one says it's been paid.

If they already got a judgment against you and you couldn't get it vacated, then bankruptcy may be the only option to get rid of this at this point. Check your credit report on annualcreditreport.com to see if they are reporting any payments you are making (or if you are being garnished). Zwicker doesn't report payments. They are a rip-off and you may end up having to pay the same debt to the original creditor after paying Zwicker 100%+ of the debt, if/when you apply for a loan.
