Zwicker & Associates PC Rude, Unwilling to cooperate or listen to reason Andover, Massachusetts
It's easy to understand that this is a business. While they appear to be a lawfirm, they are actually a debt collection agency. I recently received a letter informing me that one of my accounts was quired by them. (Chase, which seems to be a pattern here). When I called them to attempt to make arrangements I was met with a rude, harsh, and horrible person on the other end. I attempted to explain my situation, and why my account was behind, but she would not hear it. All she wanted was a payment. As I continued to try to talk with her, she kept interupting me, and at one point called me "stupid". I pretty much lost it at that point, and decided it was better to cuss her out and hang up. Highly inappropriate on my end, but when you are backed into a wall, you fall for their tricks. These people have no heart and are only on earth to be leeches. They don't care if someone died, or if someone cannot pay their bill, they want the money.
This is completely unacceptable. Evceryone should contact the FTC and file complaints! Based on the research I have been doing, they seem vey shadey. I don't think I will be calling them back, but instead, calling my own attorney for some advice. My only hope is that they are investigated with the FTC and found to be guilty of all the accusations made in these reports.

It is remarkable that this firm continues to do business as much as they violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
I work for a settlement company and we have many, many customers who get harrassed, lied to, threatened and violated by these insects. They claim to be attorneys and what they do is pay some insurrectionites and use their name and license to make their illegal claims. They lie to get folks account numbers fiening the ability to take them to court which is a false threat and a clear violation of the FDCPA. These bottom feeders are owned by a disbarred attorney named Paul Zwicker. If these folks ever call you and say they are attorneys and you call them out on it, they will hang up the phone and work up some other hair brained scheme to chisle you out of your money. Again, they are constantly in clear violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and I encourage all Americans to look up the information and use the Wikipedia definition which is the most user friendly site to gain information necessary to protect ourselves from vultures like Zwicker and Associates. A visit to these folks by the AG's of the respective states they steal in, is way overdue.
