Placed order on September 28, 2006. Credit card charged on September 28, 2006. After ten days without receiving order emailed Zymetrical and received response from "Brian" on October 9, 2006, regarding "pooping keychains" -- "item out of stock". Order shipped on October 31, 2006, received on November 4, 2006. One item (fart lollipop) out of five totally missing, one item (fart keychain) defective, one item (box of 24) missing two keychains (pooping keychains). Contacted zymetrical on November 5. No response as of November 9 other than a notation on their web site that they've emailed me four times. I've only received two emails, both on October 9 regarding "out of stock". No response to emails I sent after partial shipment received. They charged my credit card a month before they actually shipped.

Brian answered his phone on my tenth attempt today and agreed to ship the two missing "pooping animals", a replacement "farting keychain" for the defective one originally shipped, and a package of "farting candy" because the originally ordered "farting lollipop" was out of stock. The zymetrical website shows today's shipment as being "in progress".

Zymetrical doesn't answer their phone

Brian (owner of zymetrical) placed the following request on my zymetric order status page at shortly before noon this morning:

"Call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. We are open 10am - 6pm Eastern time." He claims to have emailed me four times. Strangely enough, no other emails have gone astry this week, only these missing emails from Zymetric.

I called the number Brian provided over 30 times between 4:30PM and 6PM Eastern time, today, November 10, 2006. Each call rang 10 times and then a recorded voice asked for my "security code".
