Placed Order for some items for #1 son on 3/22/2005 order# 29563 did not recieve order in a timely fashion and recieved No reply until threated a PayPal dispute, I had tried to reorder in the meantime(Big Mistake).

Delay was blamed on PayPal, and sales person was helpful to cancel second order, did nothing to cancel 2nd payment though. order# 29824 3/28/2005 $49.49 Cancelled.

Finally recieved original order, to find box split open, items smashed, wrinkled, everything thrown in all nilly-willy.

The thing that burned my toast the worst was the fact that we ordered silly string on the site that stated they were 3.8oz size cans.

This was after checking everywhere else and this was the "Best Price" we could find. Lo and Behold, recieved 2.0oz cans, and size had been "changed" on website.

They kept their price the same however, and anybody care to guess what type of response we got when we emailed them ? (sound of crickets in background).

You Know Pete, I find it "Appalling" that you can jip thouands and thousands of people with the stuff you sell and still be around.

I Had to put 2nd order payment in dispute, because, can you believe I got NO response?

Hey Pete, can you hear me NOW?? If this is not detailed enough for you, Please do not hesitate to contact me!!

Thanks for giving us the case price on the Silly String though, I really hate to cut into your profits so badly.

If you are planning on purchasing from Zymetrical's Music & Novelties, do yourself a favor and DON'T.

Seeing as we do not, and have not ever sold 3.8oz bottles of silly string, I am a bit baffled by this complaint.

If this customer is not happy with the products they ordered, they are welcome to send them back for a full refund.
