I never thought I would come to this report a site that face book host their games. Zynga Inc is hosting lots of games to play from their site or on face book. The games are full of bugs. They do hardly anything to help their players. All you have to do is go to any forum that Zynga owns and you will see complaints from coins, crowns and chips to all in between missing from players accounts. If that is not bad enough the games do not run right and are almost unplayable at times. My compliant about Zynga is because I have never seen such rubbish from a company.
If they don't like what a player is trying to get help about they close that post.
Yes support will help if you can find the right link that's a crap shot at best to. If your going to charge paying customer's you should have games that are not this messed up to start with.
Their ranking millions of dollars and trick you into having to pay for stuff in the games with the money you spend to maybe buy something you would want. How do they do this you ask? They come up with these crazy quest's and you have to beg for help to get those said items but the feeds to get your friends to give them only comes around every 12 to 18 hours and have been a messed for weeks they having been telling players for weeks on end their is a fix coming but some do but more don't ,so if you want to get anything done you end up paying from your pocket. Warning just stay away go to a store and buy a game , They really need to fix all the problem's they are having with every game they host. I'm giving my best accounts because I fell a victim to these games, I hope helped some other's and you will just move on, this is no better than gambling on line. But Legal.
