Complaint Review: zynga

zynga have twice now ive had same thing happen chips removed  1st time 7million on about the 4th august 2nd time 1st september 1.5million chips removed this is happerning to a lot of people and for no reason they need to be looked at if you read all the post there
is a 95% bad feed back every day i come on at least 3 or 5 of my own buddys have lost there chips since they have updated the site and tryde to stop people selling chips its affected the every day normal users and this isnt fare at all this company does not listen to a word said all you get is once you tick this box its final well you have no choice to tick the box or you carnt play poker and to be honest people are now thinking this is a scam to stop people winning chips and buy them off the site

there customer support is bad there web page is allways crashing you never get a straight forward answer i have even rang there company but that side dosent have a phone number only the accounts side they even agree looking at my account that something is wrong they state if you tick this box your chip count will be reduced to 10% and if you get this twice you will be banned well im still on there after 2 of these and twice ive sufferd in less than one month and the only thing i have used is there allowed to send chips that they have placed so you can send your buddys any chips they wont listen to 1000s of people around the world this is a big problem all you have to do is go and read there forum and site you will see there is a bad problem and they dont want to fix it this company run a lot of online games and its not just the poker they are doing it to i have had a friend complain about other things going missing and all they get is abuse emails back saying carry on sending us emails and we will ban you
