I AM NOT ALONE IN FEELING TAKEN BY ZYNGA. I HAVE PUT A LOT OF REAL MONEY IN THE YOVILLE GAME, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF AND NOT EVEN RESPONDED TO AFTER MANY PHONE CALLS.. I HAVE PROMISED AND TICKETS SUPPOSSEDLY TURNED IN TO THEIR LEVEL TWO TECHNICIANS-- WHO NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE THE COMPLAINT, OR RECIEIPT OF TICKET. THEY HAVE FINALLY-OK- WE WILL LET YOU ARE NOT HAPPY--LIKE THEY DONT CARE... I HAVE SPENT A FORTUNE BUYING THEIR YOCASH-N INSULTED BECAUSE THEY MAKE OFFERS TO OTHERS GIVING THEM LIKE 20 PERCENT MORE COINS THAN ME... MY FRIENDS CALL ASK ME IF I WANT THEIR OFFER-- SO HUMILIATED. I ONLY ASKED THEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE THIS WASNT RIGHT. I WAS MADE ONE OFFER WHEN OTHERS RECEIVE ON REGULAR BASIS. THEY ARE ALSO BUYERS ON A SMALLER SCALE. I AM ON DISABLED AND ON A VERY FIXED INCOME- BECAUSE OF NOT WORKING I INVESTED A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE I ENJOY THE GAME. I FEEL REALLY STUPID THAT I AM OFFERED LESS THAN THE OTHER PLAYERS AND I BIG SPENDER FOR THE GAME. THIS IS SAD--  I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF REAL MONEY SO BADLY AND NOT ONLY CAN'T GET A MAIL STATING THEY ACKNOWLEDGE... BUT THEY WILL NOT EVEN PASS ME LIVE TO A SUPERVISOR. PLEASE MAYBE YOU CAN GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND, THEY HAVE HUMIATED  ME AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND INSULTED ME; AND WONT EVEN GIVING THE RESPECT OF A CONTACT. I HAVE CALLED 4 TIMES IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND CONTINUALLY GET LIED TO... I HAVE INVESTED CLOSE TO 3OOO IN THIS ON LINE GAME-- ONLY TO BE PUT ON I DON'T CARE IGNORE. I DON'T BELIEVE A COMPANY CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS SO BADLY AND JUST DON'T CARE-- PLEASE HELP
