The Better Business Bureau and New York State Div of Consumer Affairs failed to solve this problem over the course of 1999. They recommended small claims court, stating they could go no further than to document the complaint and request the spa to credit my visa account.

Woverine Vinyl Siding Melts
I live in a wooded area of Central Pennsylvania. My Wolverine
Restoration Series Siding (Their Best?) has melted from the
reflection from a window. The company refuses to take any action.
