CitySpree, great for gift certificates, but no free book!
I order gift certificates by auction from City Spree all of the time. I have never had any problem, other than the long wait for the certificate and the high shipping fees. So, when they told me I would get a free coupon book if I gave them 7 friends names, I jumped at the chance....
