My name is Julia, I live in Miami Florida. On July 2021 I ordered 4 dresses from Instagram and internet Dress designer's company "Albina Dyla" I sent them 3500$ via wire transfer to their Raiffasen bank account. 4 month later At the end of October. They Finally made the dresses (never sent me a single picture before they shipped them to USA for approval,) When I received them I was shocked because dresses were very heavy because of the cheap fabric, looked totally different from what I ordered and fitted terrible.
I politely asked to please fix them and make exactly like on the pictures. They told us to ship them back. When albina dyla received the dresses they told us they are working on them, but when they sent us (January'22) picture of supposedly fixed dresses , they were absolutely the same. They told us that they don't have these fabrics any more and we need to wait they don't know how many months.
It was already January 2022, We asked them to return my money and keep their dresses. It's almost end of February (8 months since the order)and they stopped responding to us and never returned my money. So basically they kept the dresses and stole my money. Currently I'm working with Police in Pristina Kosovo and also with the Lawyer.
I want to warn women Do not buy from Albina Dyla because this company is a total scam. Their advertisements are fake, their prices are very expensive and when you send your cash to them, their attitude will not be the same. On the left picture what I've ordered on the right what they sent.
