Complaint Review: Alin Cruz - Manvel and Los Angeles Texas and California

I met Alin Cruz at 911 Restoration where she was the director of franchise development, until she was fired for irrational and toxic behavior. Several years later she invited me to start a marketing agency with her in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She promised to fly me out, pay for everything, and she said she already had clients lined up and she said she owned multiple condos that she was renting out through Air BnB--revenue that was funding the business development plan.

Basically, the ghetto bi*ch made me fly stand by with Jet Blue after she took advantage of a contact she had within the airline. Then when I got there I literally had to pay for everything, including my Uber ride from the airport. I came to learn a week into my stay that Alin Cruz was broke and completely lied about everything.

She had no intentions of running a marketing agency. Instead, she registered some ridoculous business name called The Power of 3 Enterprises or The Power of Three Enterprises--a freshly conceived venture with zero thought or planning that encompassed three different business--all of which she was trying to launch at once, and anyone with half a grain of sense knows this is the dumbest thing anyone can do. One of these businesses was a gross pre-packaged meal plan called Ali Fresh. She didnlt have the right licensing, her kitchen was filthy as hell, the floor was sticky, and the entire place stunk of fat and grease.

She also had this little obnoxious barking chihuahua that kicked her kitchenware and pissed on the floor. Anyway, she tried to force me to build her cooking website for free, along with performing all the market research. I was in between jobs at that time, and I told her I would not work for free. She kept saying I would be an equal partner, and when I told her I had zero interest in her businesses other than starting a marketing agency, she blew up like a crazy person and threatened to not pay for my return ticket unless I did the work. I mean...wow. Psycho.

I then discovered that she had fired a guy from Jamaica for not doing free work for her, and she even used "the N word" towards him when she mentioned him to me. Then she stole cases of his edible marijuana products that were delivered to her appartment where he had been staying, and gave the stuff away to her friends. Alin Cruz is not an ethical person at all. 

Alin Cruz is, I believe, mentally ill. This not only explains her employment history but also her disturbing behavior in and outside of work. She lured men back to her appartment from dating apps and thought she would create business opportunities from them. Yeah...men use Tinder because they want to get marketing help or invest in a business. She also had a canvas that a photo was printed on above her bed of a woman's a*s, and she claimed it was her a*s taken back in the 80s. But it is really a Getty Image, and not of her because I have used that same print in a campaign before and had to buy the license for it. When she told me it was her I knew she was lying, but I never called her out because I didnlt want drama with that crazy bi*ch. At that point, I already knew I was going to leave. Then she kept talking about the purple heart medal she was awarded while in the IDF supporting the US military.

Funny, but I have a friend who works for the State Department, and he said there is no record of her having won that medal. Since it is on her license plate, I am guessing it was her husband's metal. Also, she kept talking about how fit she was, but the bi*ch is easily 100 pounds over weight and while I was staying with her there were no vegetables or fruit in her palce. I got so desperate after 5 days I had to go to Trader Joes and get some healthy food, as all she ate was greasy sh*t. As you can see, she is delusional and a narcisict. And these are not things to mix with business. 

Her business opportunities are bullsh*t. Her intentions are predatory. She is stupid, and she takes advantage of people who are at ow moments in their lives. Since escaping Alin Cruz I understand she moved to Manvel Texas, as she was evicted from her appartment in Fort Lauderdale for not paying rent, and for illegally using the other appartment she had rented. Yeah, she lied about that too. She didn't own those units; she was renting them. After I left I gave a statement to the apartment manager, and told her that if crazy Alin tried sueing them that I would be a witness to all the illegal sh*t she was doing. 

Because of her I wasted a few thousand dollars durring a time in which I was in between jobs and looking for a good opportunity. I don't want to see Alin Cruz take advantage of other people the way she took advantage of me. She is truly a vampire who feeds on the misery of others and tries to turn their suffering into her advantage. She lies about her entire life, she blaims everyone for her pathetic failures (she even blaimed her old employer for problems she was having with her daughter) and she likes to play the martyer by telling ridiculous fictituous stories that never happened, and grossly exagerating the real things in life, always playing the victim. 

One more thing that's indicitive of her unstable mind - while wacthing TV I told her that I thought Jennifer Lopez was a mean-spirited bi*ch with no talent. Alin Cruz blew up and screamed at me. I was shocked. She then said that "J Lo was her idol and she dreamed to be like her". Uhm...so...if Alin Cruz was 9 then I wouldn't even bat an eye, but she is approaching 60!!! This just goes to show that she is psychologically immature. And all the nasty erotic pictures she posts on her social profiles with glitter filters is what a sexuly curious clueless teen girl would do.

Finally, after I told her NOT to send me a nude photo of herself to my mobile number, she did anyway. I practically threw up when I saw it, and she made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe in the "professional relationship". I saved the photo because something tells me I may need it to sue the b*tch for sexual harassment. She also talked about sex non stop, which was very awkward for me to have to listen to. 

If Alin Cruz at The Power of Three Enterprises / Power of 3 Enterprises, fornally with 911 Restoration contacts you, run far away. You do not want to get sucked into this crazy woman's web of insanity or allow her toxic delusional world to suck the life out of you. She is by far the most unethical, terrible disgusting person I have ever met who lives in an imaginery land, and views herself as someone she isn't (wealthy, rich and beautiful). Oh, and, LOL, she said she is good friends with Jaime Fox! Such bullsh*t! If she was, I would have heard about that friendship ages ago and I would have seen pictures, as Alin Cruz lives tobrag and exagerate.
