AVANT is USELESS: I’ve had so many complaints. in July of this past year my account online stopped working ; I have called multiple times to only hear the same thing “our systems are upgrading” I have filed several complaints about them including to the BBB, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to only get more annoyed.
In a letter that was sent to me via Webbank and also copied to Utah Department of Financial Institution the bank indicated”
“ Our investigation of your concerns confirmed that the service you received did not meet the level of service we strive to provide to all of our customers. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service, and we apologize for your less than satisfactory experience with Avant. AVANT is actively working to resolve the issue that affected your AvantCard account, and as a courtesy, Avant waived the annual fee of $39.00 assessed to your account. The amount of $39.00 will be refunded to you via paper “

As of today being January 6, 2023 still no check and still issues with customer service unable to pull my account up.
