Complaint Review: Brian Keleman - Santa Ana California

There is absolutely no truth to the post written because I have proof it is Nolan Chan who wrote this post pretending to represent a client that has not contacted me.  You can see in the photos that I had a conversation with Nolan about this post in particular and he admits that it is he who wrote the article.  He also lies on another occasion and says that "the client" has decided to take down the article.  

Nolan Chan has used this post as a part of a smear campaign against me for the purposes of intimidating me.  As of February 27, 2021, he has made a fake instagram account pretending to be an ex girlfriend of mine to share this post with those he believes to be my friends in an attempt to ruin my reputation.  

An agent, named Paula, was paid $2,000 for this deal, Nolan received $2,500, and I myself only received $500 for the transaction related to this transaction. Nolan does not do any of the client work, and expects me to do all the work.  After deciding to leave my employment with Nolan Chan, he has made threats to me on a daily basis, he calls into my bank accounts pretending to be me to stalk me, and continues to lie to all the business associates I've built a relationship with to ruin my reputation.

Nolan Chan should not be trusted.  I had the liberty of paying for a background search and I found out that he has a long criminal record and he has been sued by many people successfully, but they have been unable to collect from him. 

The evidence labeled is meant to prove these statements.

#1. Nolan Chan wrote this fake post and texts me through his assistant even though I ask him to email me only.

#2. Nolan Chan has a lengthy criminal record and is currently on probation.  

#3. The "client" who Nolan alleges did not receive any updates from me, in fact received a response through Noan within 2 minutes of me being asked about security questions.

#4. The agent on this deal receives $2000, Nolan Chan received $2500, and Nolan paid me $500.  Nolan clearly has an obligation to complete the work for the client, now that I've left his employment.

#5. Nolan is using this fake post to harass me and impersonate an ex girlfriend to continue his smear campaign on me.

I hired Brian Keleman to help me apply for my PUA benifits, everything was fine until there was a problem with ID verification. I called him asking for my account security questions and he never replied. He took the money and left. He has all my personal information. Now my EDD is disqualified and I lost all that money.

Never give this person you personal information, I will be reporting him to the Attorney General. This is so disgusting for him to do this during such hard times with the pandemic and everything. My other friends that he helped will also file a report. DO NOT trust Brian Keleman.
