On April 6th 2021 cheapoair.com used my credit card on their file to issue two tickets without my authorization which it was sent to my email for the amont of $2091.00 dollars. I contacted them within 24 hours to report and get refund .
They agreed to cancel but after it was canceled they said we can not refund giving me lies and putting blames on other airlines for not refunding. Their website is decietful and 1141 complaints are made against them via BBB aside from local news warning against their scams.
