The Crystal Room Owned by the Crispi family They posted wedding packages on their website and all it includes with rental of hall and purchase of each package and after getting me to sign contract proceeded to claim he did not have to honor anything he had claimed on his website.

He can false advertise as he would like and if I didn’t like it I can cancel upon trying after he suggested he claimed he would keep my deposit so now I am forced to stay but if I can help another consumer from being scammed I will the owner then said I can’t do anything about him false advertising that it’s not in contract but then he deleted the prices off of the website after our conversation I already gathered photos of his crime before deletion Staten Island New York

Nothing you have posted here shows there was any fraud or misrepresentation.

How about advertising something is included in All packages purchased and then removing it off the website once the contract is signed and the customer asks for it to be honored? If it is as you say only contract matters and not false representation leading to contract signing then Why is it that it was deleted only after I confronted and asked it be honored because in New York it is a crime to false advertise or fraudulently mislead.

My only guilt in this situation is putting good faith in a company who acted dishonesty and fraudulently. Could have all been avoided if it had been deleted before my contract signing and not after. It is not my job to update a businesses website that’s their job and as easy it was to delete it afterwards that’s how easy it was to delete from the beginning and then there wouldn’t be an issue so go get your website director to do their job And update the website as needed because it was deleted real fast once I told them that it was illegal in New York State.

I am guilty of putting good faith into a company that let me down you are 100% I read and signed contract but as every single package showed the inclusion I acted in good faith only the business choose to not honor their own website. Their fault for false advertising and fraudulent misrepresenting what would be included that mistake is on them I didn’t ask them to lie and I don’t want anything extra only what was advertised before they deleted.

If I can spare another individual the headache and stress that is my right as a consumer/customer and if the business were to make it right and honor it I would have updated it positively instead they send harassers to comment in a threatening manner real good for business my experience is my own I already regret trusting this place thanks for continuing to remind me the type of people and business I am dealing with.

You signed the contract

You signed the contract, that contract overrides everything else that was said or posted anywhere else.

If you had an issue with anything in the contract that contradicted what you wanted the time to bring that up was BEFORE you signed the contract.  But that requires you to actually read the contract, which I would bet you didn't do.  So the only person you have to blame is yourself.

What exactly is the difference between the contract you signed and the site?

You said you had screenshots with the prices? The only price you posted was the ice cream charge, and that is still on their site. So why didn't you post that instead of posting the ones without prices?
