I do not know where to begin regarding this fraudster/conman. I know...let's start with all his lawsuits for nonpayment. Keep in mind he was friends with the below litigants and just like the snake he is…..turned on them and refused to pay and live up to his obligation. POS. That’s the way Dustin Cappelletto does things, he becomes close with someone and then screws them over. While you think he’s your friend, he’s looking for leverage against you.
Of course his partner in Liv Health was arrested for a felony, Unlawful Distribution of Prescription Drugs Unlawful Distribution of Prescription Drugs.
Supposedly Jeremy Delk sold his interest in Liv Health/Tailor Made Compounding. We know that’s BS, by the way Delk’s wife works there under her maiden name. Delk is some guy, left his wife and kids for a younger woman.
Dustin Cappelletto’s partner in Tailor Made Compounding, Ryan Smith, is a convicted sex offender. Ryan Smith was charged with 13 counts of third-degree voyeurism; three counts of fourth-degree unlawful access to a computer; two counts of promoting a minor (under 16) in a sex performance and two counts of possessing or viewing matter that portrays a sexual performance by a minor. Some of the victims were as young as 10 years old.
