Elite Auto Sales Rip Off theft

I went to Blue Book to see what my truck was worth.  Somehow these people got my name and number.  I have several disibilities.  The dealership is accross from the VA.

Elite Auto Sales agreed verbally that I could have the same deal as Conklin Cars in Hutchinson Kansas. 100% 3 day money back guarantee return.  My wife is on the truck title and needed her OK to do the sale.  4 hrs after taking Corvette off the lot, the gear shift quits working.

The agreement was for them to bring the topper and chairlift to my house and give me the money due me.  Non of this happened.  After about 10 months passes they told me to drive to another city that is about 20 miles from my house to pick topper and wheelchair lift.  Those items were vandelized.   Scratches, cuts into the topper, and rust.  I have snap shots of damages.  They also ripped off my stickers that was on it.  They never gave me any keys to the topper.

They told Mark Wheeler and I on speaker phone, that "all deals are off".  I said in response that all deals are off including the sale of my truck.  He repeated again that "all deals are off".  He also stated that I would never see my truck again as well as the things that are on it, topper and wheelchair lift.

I told them on the incomplete trade date that I have lots of Disibilities.  I walked in with a cain, they could see right then that there was some kind of disibility.  I told him I have PTSD, I get dizzy and light headed very easy.  I said I am on SSI disibility and a Veteran too.  Mark and I for several days told them that I had disibilities.

The warrenty, like all used car lots have, the 90 day warrenty was never honored.  I purchesed an extended warrenty of about $3000, and that was never honored.

Elite Auto Sales were in controll of all keys to the Truck, topper, and Corvette.  I handed them all the keys.  Elite made stupid statements like, Give the car keys to someone in that area or leave keys in the car.  Very good way for Car to get stolen.

The very next day after the sale, Elite Auto Sales said they would pick up the Corvette and have it repaired.  That didn't happen as well.

Elite says they mailed me a certified check.  No checks or mail from them never got to me.  I did get a cerfified mail, but it had no sender and I only got one notice.  How am I supposed to pick up something with no transpertation?  I'm not going to make arrangements for picking up mail that has no sender on the yellow card the mail system uses.  I'm not going to be scammed by mail fraud.  I have had my ID. stolen several times.   There are ways that certified mail can be delivered without someone signing for it.  It still shows proof of delivery.  That did not happen.

A gear shift on a car can go out without rhyme or reason.  Elite tried to say that I done something to the car.  I am 62 and have back, dizzyness, and light headedness issues.  Falling down into the corvette only 4 times is not going to bring on any issues, however, the salesman did see me having a little problem the last time I got out of the corvette.

I also have Daniel Wheeler go with me to pick up the topper and wheelchair lift.  I still have the orgial title to my truck.  I never recieved any title work for the Corvette.  The corvette now has been towed and probable stolen.

According to Consumer Pertection Law article 6, 50-627, there are several statements as to taking advantage of a person with a disibility.  It does not matter when they knew of the disilibility, on - before - or after the sale, the breach of contract.

The sale of the item has to be of benifite to the buyer.  Deciption or statements to lead a person to buy is against Consumer Protection Law. The definition of Deception, steal, and refuse to give what is not yours can be called as theft.  With this being trade of a vechile, this makes it Grand Theft Auto.

There are many people in the Wichita Kansas area that has complants about this crooked dealership.  All the contents, on the truck, with vechicle improvments, can be worth up to $65,000 at the time of breach of contract.  New tires, custom tail pipes, new battery, bed rug liner that fits all around the bed of the truck - brand name "Bed Rug".

Light inside the topper along with 3 cigirate lighter for camping, like charging phone or anything else.  GMC 1500 Sierra 2015, Vin # 3GTU2VEC2FG320520 with about 18.500 miles on it.  I bought it with about 7,000 miles.  This is like a brand new truck.  I don't use the truck that often.  I have no job to go too and all I use it for is once in a while go the the VA medical center.
