On 3/21/ 19 I sent pictures and filed a claim #46459 with familygokarts because the engine I ordered and received from them had a cracked case. The claim was rejected. I notified customer service [Kayla] she told me that my problem was with the engine manufacturer.
I reminded her that my credit card was billed $210.00 by familygokarts/poolfun Browns Valley MN. and according to my records, I bought the engine from them. Kayla responded by hanging up the phone.
