Jae Sung Shin is not a United States citizen. He is based out of Las Vegas NV with his wife Yuna Eun. Yuna Eun is a licensed pharmacist at a CVS location at 8491 Farm Rd, Las Vegas NV 89131. She may have switched locations or pharmacies. I was involved with Jae Sung Shin in a business deal where he would call and harass me 1000 times per day. Literally this person would call me thousands of times per day. Per my attorney, we gathered information that Yuna Eun was providing Jae Sung Shin with specific medications including those with Opiods and Fentanyl. Also other very dangerous drugs such as Benzodiazepines. Jae Sung Shin then sells to a select few of acquaintances he knows in this network.
Jae Sung Shin, claims to be a professional gambler. He has shown and we have photos of fake W-2G and other fake tax forms from the state of Nevada that Jae Sung Shin has provided us. Jae Sung Shin has never profited from gambling in the state of Nevada. He has consistenly lossed and the funds he has gained are through the proceeds of sellings narcotics through this wife.
Jae Sung Shin, made terrorist threats to me and my family countless times. Said he was going to commit suicide, claimed he was going to kill my mother, claimed he was going to kill his child. Claimed he would kill me several times and that he was on the way. When I was simply putting together a business deal that he in his mind cannot comprehend. He has made inflated statements about funds sent to me, and has also called me one day a total of almost 3000 times. He has stalked my social media, harrassed me, all while his wife takes care of him and he asks people in my network whom I introduced him to, to send money to him for failed business dealings.
My counsel is preparing legal documents to stop this individual from continuing the illegal drug enterprise and making false claims about me and my business affairs.
A colleague of mine has receipts and records we sent this individual capital, yet the false accusations continue from him and harrassment. We have tried to be diplomatic with said individual yet he is not a diplomatic person.
Jae Sung Shin is about 5'4, 140 pounds and chubby. On the phone this monster attacks and harrasses. In person, he is a joke and speaks completely differently. These two drug peddlers need to be stopped.
