Jeremy Cash --33 years old--has a screw loose .He regularly gets in disputes with people . He married a woman who was abused by many men--Jeri Christmas--- and now he is emotionally abusing Jeri Christmas. In 2020 I was contacted by Jeremy Cash several times. Formerly of 148 n sugar creek road,buckhead georgia. Wanting to perform in my bar in Marietta, Georgia. Faxed over his resume and talked up a storm on his music abilities and musicians he has played with throughout his career. Assuring me she would fill up my bar with his fans. Claimed he had a huge following. I own a very small bar with no stage and occasionally I have a Musician come and play on weekends. After many calls from him I said ok. Booked him two dates in December on a weekend. Friday and Saturday evening for 4 hours each night at $125.00 per night. He wanted more and I said if you bring in the crowds you claim I will pay you more and book you more events with your physically abused wife Jeri Christmas playing as WITHIN THE PINES.
He said he was living and flying in from Nashville. What a liar ! Remember I have a small bar. It was a Friday when he showed up around 1pm. The group was scheduled to play at 7pm. He came in introduced himself and wanted to set up. I walked out to his car and was shocked. He was driving a 70s or 80s Black Volvo with duct tape basically holding it together. The sunroof was gone and passenger windows were completely duct taped. No windows at all. The muffler was duck taped holding it from falling to the ground and had Georgia plates. All he had was a old beat up acoustic guitar. I was amazed and a bit shocked then thinking I was scammed. I said I thought you were flying in and he said he loved to drive and claimed he had just perfortmed in Atlanta just a few hours away. He asked if I had an amp and somewhere he could stay. At this point I really didn't feel good about this. But I gave into Jeremy and Jeri's charm and called a friend who brought over a small amp for them to use.
I told them of several motels in the area to stay. They then asked if they could stay at my place or a friends place. I said no. They then asked if they could be paid up front and again I said no. They then came in and sat at the bar talking with a few patrons. I told them over the phone I would give them free drinks and they claimed to be good Christians and didn't drink. Jeri asked for a shot of Tequilla. I said I thoughht you didn't drink? She said she was nervous and she needed a drink to calm her nerves. A good 6 shots later and mixed drinks it was now close to 7pm. Meeting and flirting with many .They assured me they would fill my bar. There was virtually no one there except for the few she had flirted with at the bar. They played for a few hours taking many breaks and continued drinking telling stories between songs about how famous they were and throwing famous country stars they had played with. To a crowd of about 8 people. I asked Jeremy Cash where all his fans were and he said they will be here. No one ever showed. Not a one. After they finished I still paid them the $125. I had promised. They said they would see me the following night for the second performance.
Went to a regualar customer of mine to his place to stay. I knew at that time I was going to check their resume out the following week thinking I was conned. The next night was the same. No one there and a drunk musician. She was slurring by 8:30 pm. At 9pm I told them they were done. I turned off the amp and unplugged it. JEREMY CASH LOST IT AT THAT POINT. tELLING ME HE COULD RUIN ME AND MY BUSINESS AND WOULD CALL THE POLICE. I just wanted THEM out and said I will call the police. I still paid THEM,,, their fees again .. Before leaving Jeremy said he will ruin my business. His fans would destroy me. It wasn't till next day Sunday they had taken the amp which wasn't theirs. What a con job. The following week I started checking out the resume calling all. None were true. No one had even heard Jeremy Cash and WITHIN THE PINES..
So I furthered my investigation hiring someone to do so. Here are the findings. He lives in Rome Georgia. She lives on welfare. Medicaid as well. They have never performed with anyone famous. They played atAl Bums Record Shoppe to Schroeder's Deli to the Moon Roof. Wahoo---so impressive. What a loser! He claimed on his resume he opened up for Blake Sheldon. NOT TRUE! I had about 5 reviews of my bar at that time. Then within 10 days I had so many horrible reviews of my club under aliases names of people that didn't even live close to here. All the same type slams. I than realized they were all reviews from Jeremy Cash.
If you own a bar or a small club. This is who Jeremy Cash attacks because he knows they won't check WITHIN THE PINES and Jeremy Cash credentials BEWARE!!! His reviews of your business will be hurt.

Ok "Marvin" or "Robert"... You couldn't even get your aliases straight, that's how much b.s. this is. This rebuttal is listed as coming from "Marvin" but clearly says it was the original poster who originally called themselves "Robert". Let me clear a few things up for you. I don't, and never have, needed a savior. Jeremy is my partner. We are complete equals in our marriage. I love him very much and have been so blessed because of him. He has never abused me. Nor would I stay with him if he had. That's absolutely ridiculous. I think you should really feel sorry for yourself. It seems like you're a very bitter person.
Maybe things are going rough for you in your own personal relationships, so you feel like you have to lash out toward others. Bless your heart... I find it exceptionally humorous that not only are you still harassing us through a website that is not even a credible site (per https://www.consumeraffairs.com/online/ripoffreport.html), but that when we ignored your rebuttal you sent the link to one of our good friends just to make sure we'd see it. It also seems like you've obsessed over our online content. Thank you for the laughs though.

You still suck as a musician. People watch your videos and get nauseated.
What is with your fixation on death? Why did you choose to be with a woman -Jeri Christmas- who was previously abused by the men in her life???
We all know why.
You like to choose women who have been emotionally damaged as that is what was done to you in your youth...and you could never have a relationship with a 'normal' woman.
You need a damaged woman to look up to you as her savior or rescuer as you have a decrepit ego. Jeremy, you are an impotent liar and live in a fantasy world and you are the one who needs help. How many people in your life have you had disputes with?? You have a personality defect and we feel sorry for Jeri as she is afraid of you, but she is hesitant to move on. And by the way, you are a horrible musician and we all laughed at you behind your back. Women think that you are all bark and bluster .......just a loser bully.

I will also add these facts/thoughts on this false report. 1) When does anyone,who performs music, ever present a RESUME to anyone for a gig playing at a bar? I'd love to see this supposed document since according to the report I supplied one. 2) If the individual who posted this "report" was real, why can't their identification and place of business be verified by details supplied by them? What's the name of the "bar"? What's their number or that of their establishment? Funny how these details were conveniently excluded. 3) If my wife and I supposedly spent hours upon hours in this non existent establishment, where is ONE photo of us there? Whether it be by an "owner" or "patron"? 4) What was the serial number of the item claimed to have been stolen? A photo of it?....and if it truly were stolen why was there no police report filed for the "crime" committed? 5) If I'm "33", why am I NOT 33? 6) If I supposedly previously resided in Buckhead,then why is my previous address actually one that belongs to another man with the same name as me? You know....seeing as I've never lived in Buckhead. 7) If I drove a Volvo held together by duct tape with no windows, why would I have resided at and recently sold a home (based on my "former" address) for almost half a million dollars. The "former" address is listed in the report and the home was sold in September of 2020,while this "performance" was supposed to have happened in December of 2020.. 8) If I had recently sold a home for half a million dollars, why would I be playing ANY dive bar for four hours for $125? Think about it. Alot of these statements are COMPLETELY false, which is evident in the fact that my information has been combined with personal information of an individual that has my same name. There are so many things that are suspicious about this entire report especially the combination of information of TWO DIFFERENT men named Jeremy Cash. In conclusion, the only accurate information in this report is my name along with my wife's, the name of our non-active band, the names of three places we have performed almost four years ago and nothing more.

This is hilarious,but not true. Within the Pines is not an active band and has not been since the last part of 2018. Not only have we never played Marietta,we are both unfamiliar with the person claiming the accusations in this report. Aside from Acworth, Rome and Atlanta we have not played anywhere else. This is clear from our performance posts on reverbnation.com. After reading this report we are both baffled by the fact that this individual never filed a police report over a year ago for a theft he claimed took place.
Any actual and true business owner would have done this. We can only assume that this report has been filed on behalf of those individuals who have continuously harassed us since we raised awareness of a fellow musician by the name of Melanie Morgan who was being abused by her then significant other by the name of Matt Martin at the end of 2017. These individuals range from ex acquaintances, and ex-band members and their "toadies". This has been an ongoing public battle for almost four years over the fact that a fellow musician that was female was being abused by her significant other while the music community in the city of Rome Georgia and individuals like Dani Cochran (a local waitress that books local "bands") and others simply looked the other way during the entire matter.

In the end this is simply a matter of vindictive revenge by those who feel they have been ousted for not standing up for the right thing.
