Complaint Review: Jesse Lang & Alvelissa Reyes - NYC New York

I have had a feeling for awhile now, that there were other players part of this scam.  I now have a lot of confirmation.  Here is what we have.  This clown, name "Brad Cobley", is someone that has been saying he would repay, Matt and Alvelissa debts, out of the goodness of his heart.  I found this ripoff report via, a TextNow number google search on a number I had for "Brad Cobley", and this came up.  I confronted Brad and Matt/Mark/Jesse/Fill in the blank, and I was told by Brad that these numbers are reused.  So, I was like ok, my luck 4 scumbags that owe me thousands of dollars have the same number, at one point, and don't know each other?  I let it slide to see if these quacks would actually pay.  They will not.  Here are the players, and information.

Jesse/Mark/Matt- email [email protected] (was answering now not, according to "Brad" it is going to Spam, but funny this guy when he was a cocky a*s sure of himself that this was a civil matter, would answer.  Now these clowns have come to terms that this is a criminal matter, and elder abuse/applies as well, as 2 people I know of are senior citizens)

Alvelissa Reyes- [email protected]  this was a functioning Zelle email as well where a lot was sent, but now it is not.  The email alvelissareyes.com to a Delany Reyes in Pennsauken, NJ, but first these clowns said, that wasn't part of this group, now they claim that it is the sister.  Working cell phone number is 347-740-3777

"Brad Cobley"- supposedly a 55 year old savant of a trader.  Had some many issues with frozen bank accounts, frozen checks, issues with Proof of Funds, transportation issues, etc. etc.  He does all his banking in his "girlfriend's" name.  See name below.  His emails [email protected] and now [email protected] his current TextNow number is 347-318-1586.  We know he has a real phone number, because I have sent money to pay his cell phone bill a few times.  He has stated he was a trader, then when that imploded, then he supposedly had a settlement, and that imploded.  Here I am 4 years into this and he still doesn't do anything.  He thinks this is a joke.

Tanya I Rivera [email protected](was a CashApp email and a Zelle email) recently changed to [email protected] she has family members in Union, NJ.  Seems like a hobo.  According to "Brad" her and him spend time under freeway overpasses, waiting on "cab spikes" and camping out in front of banks awaiting them to open.

I personally have over 300+ transactions just to Brad/Tanya area, and 100+ to the Matt/Alvelissa team.  Each one is a count of fraud, theft by deception, etc.  NJ State, FBI, are ready to file charges.  Anyone else a victim please join us to bury these maggots.

 I have had same experience pretty much same story with these two pieces of sh*t. Except Jesse aka Matt aka Mark hides everything behind Alvelissa's accounts. He has ripped off my dad and myself to the tune of almost 21k. He used the same bullshit excuses that "Failed" investments. No he is a con artist and thief and Alvelissa is a dumb bi*ch accomplish who everything is in her name.

They f*ck up so any bank accounts they change bank accounts and Zelle emails like a hooler does underwear. Stay away from these two pieces of sh*t. Also another f*cker Brad Stocker was sent money. Matt/Jesse/Mark even stole my own 1200 along with Brad claiming frozen Zelle.

This is what people do these days. Appeal to the internet against their fellow man and call them a scammer when they’re angry We both invested money and lost. Both of us. Lost money together as "friends”. There is no hundreds of thousands. No credit card fraud. No identity theft. Nothing even close to any of that. A simple handful of deals that went sour and effected two friends the same and one is an angry as*hole and decided to post his $7000 loss in a deal that cost them both way more online.

You say it’s been two years? It takes years to recover when you lose all You have. Some people never recover. This is something that should have been continued to be worked out between us personally. But you decided to bring it online and create a huge scene.
