JJs House Item was NOTHING like website representation; Refused to refund Scottsdale AZ

I ordered a dress from JJs House with custom measurements. The measurements were off by as much as 5 inches. The web representation was burgundy. I received a cherry red dress. The web representation was for gathers in the neck and the waist. The dress I received had flat panels with visibly crooked seams, externally visible serging, and threadtails.
The dress I received also had the zipper sewn in backwards, the hem was raw cut fabric, the hooks and hanging ribbons were on the outside of the bodice (not inside, where they are supposed to be). The fabric was a heavy, scratchy polyester, vs the web representation of a light satin and chiffon.
Company refused to issue a refund because it was custom (even thought they didn't even honor the custom measurements). I would love to send pictures.
