The NYC Department of Social Services (“DSS”) is an experimental communist agency that could only exist in the deeply communist and relatively small enclave of downtown (not even uptown) Manhattan, very close to the 100s years old Communist Party Of The USA (“CPUSA”).
They routinely employ hard-boiled communists who infiltrate the administrative levers of power of the DSS wherein, for a bribe or a price, will use their positions as cover to target and destroy those enemies of communism or friends, of their own communist friends.
For example, Kevin Hartje, working in the Child Support Enforcement Unit as an “Accountant,” routinely will simply “add” tens of thousands of dollars in “past due arrears” that never existed to people’s child support accounts, thus throwing them immediately within the realm of “no trial jail time,” seizure of your driver license, real estate license, your property, liens, levies, and anything else of value to “satisfy” this dollar amount.
Problem is, it’s very hard to prove your innocence if you are stuck in Rikers Island getting fist-f**ked and razor-bladed or giving forced blow jobs in the jail showers.
If you have also been a victim of Kevin Hartje (sounds like “hurt ya”) of the New York City Department of Social Services Child Support Enforcement Unit, you are urged to file formal complaints with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, NYC Department of Investigation, NYS Attorney General Public Integrity Unit, the US Department of Justice and the US Department of Homeland Security.
Only then will corrupt weasels like Kevin Hartje be forced to face the legal and equitable music for his criminal actions and contributions incarcerating and taking away the rightful property rights of innocent men (and women) in New York City with his voodoo-economics and shady accounting tactics designed to slap you with tens of thousands of dollars in not even owed child support, as “arrears,” such that any half-retarded Child Support Child Support Magistrate like Cheryl Weir Reeves could throw you in prison on behalf of her corrupt witch-coven election donation lobbyists and other feminist extremists who think that the only good man, is a dead one.
