I have roaches and a parasite in my apartment. I wouldn't pay rent this month until the parasite was identified and resolved. I am being discriminated against because I spoke up about other issues: Dog poop took 4 months to clean up. Roaches in apartments not disclosed.
No treatment until April 2022 and had been begging them to do something since July 28. Danielle turned my case of non payment of rent to the attorney after 7 days from last day to pay without fees. She never served me with a 10 day notice. She has told me she can't talk to me about anything since this has gone to the attorney's.
She violated this with others she served. Called the attorney Cullimore, to explain the situation. They do not care. This parasite has made my dog and myself sick. Whe picks and chooses who whe will work with and make exceptions for. She has had it in for me since day 1!
I was served a 30 day vacate with my 3 day notice. Did not give any other tenant that notice. She told me that if I behaved they would renes my lease. Meaning, shut up, do not talk to other residents. or else!
