Lexington Club Apartments Rented me Apartment with mold Clearwater Florida

Rented me apartment on November 30, 2018 and switched me a apartment with mold and a oven does not work. I have leaks under my kitchen sinks and little hot water. The shower has little cold water when you shower and I can get burned!
I have mold in my air conditioner cabinet due to a past leak in the ceiling and open sheet rock that lets in bugs and gnats. I called Clearwater Florida codes and violations they made them fix the leak in the hallway but there is mold in the wall they just painted over? The toilet has a bad sewer smell and I asked the management several times to replace the seal or O ring underneath it but they didn’t.
I called health and safety from the state of Florida but they don’t handle it.Unbeleivable how the state does nothing about mold issues, I am disabled and have health issues I don’t need more!!!! If there is someone out there could me please at at my witts end and had enough I can’t afford to move just moved in November ty
