Lot 74 Property Management Refused to fix major maintenance issue, forcing me to live somewhere else while still taking rent payments. Hellertown Pennsylvania
They refused to fix a major safety issue in my apartment (stating they would be fixing it after I moved out) and left it uninhabitable for months. The dishwasher started leaking water underneath the floor, destroying the subflooring and leaving tiles peeling up and large holes in the floor. It was also dripping onto the electrical box underneath the dishwasher, and the repairman they sent out told me (and Lot 74) that it was not safe. I was forced to leave, but they still collected rent from me until her lease was up. Then stole my entire deposit stating that I didn't inform them of a different maitenance issue (an issue I wasn't aware of, so how could I report it) That maybe they would've found themselves had they done more than one inspection in a 3 year period.
