Loyal Medical Group Zocdoc Tried to fill a prescription one month after my doctors visit and they said no, need a doctors visit once a month to get a prescription. Sunrise Florida
. My primary care physician in the past has given me one years prescriptions for $100. These guys charged $150 a month, this is a scam. They don’t tell you this upfront and they told me that it would be every six months I would need a visit which I agreed to. Sunrise Florida. Buyer beware I would not choose this company as your primary care physicians. Ask them how often you have to refill prescriptions with a doctors visit.

We want to clarify that your visit was a one-time telehealth consultation. We explained that we cannot provide medications for six months following the initial visit. Before informing you about the $75 follow-up fee, you hung up the phone, preventing us from fully explaining our process.
We understand that other providers may have different policies, but our approach is designed to ensure proper patient care through regular follow-ups. We are committed to being upfront with all our patients, and we regret that this information wasn’t communicated to your satisfaction during your visit.
