They sent me a post guard that stated: "Water Update" posing as a municipal water representative. When I informed them not to contact me anymore and I knew that they weren't a legit municipal entity, or I would contact my attorney, he began to sware at me and make threats. I told him the GIG was up and he became even more agitated and then told me he wasn't affiliated with any legit water municipal company. I told him I would get an attorney if he contacts my residents anymore.

I personally spoke to Dan the owner of the company, as a new resident we were getting bombarded by sales gimmicks and fraudulent emails constantly. After receiving a post card stating we had 24 hours to respond, and contacting the municipal water company to see if they were with the water company, wWe assumed that this was just another fraudulent company that made a living off of people's fears. This isn't the case at all, they are a family-owned business that just cares about you and your family getting the safest and the highest quality water that you deserve. I will be using this company in the future to ensure that I and my family get the highest quality, and safest water possible.

I was wrong in my opinion about this company, I personally spoke with the Owner Dan and he and his family are just looking out for you and your family. We all want quality water without being sick and they want to ensure that you receive that quality water. Dan was very professional with me and we both apologized for losing our cool, I plan on using Dan's services in the future.
