Metro PCS sold me a cell phone that has not worked since day one, and I have been trying for a year to get a New phone by Metro PCS in Texas and MetroPCS always Blows me off and the service insurance company Asurion that MetroPCS provide you through: Asurion calls you a mother f***** and my mother is dead and how dare they use that language to a customer and that they are not going to cover your phone because if they covered every damaged cell phone? they would not make profit and would be out of business. they MetroPCS cell phone service sells you a no question asked cell phone insurance policy to protect the phone for $7 a month in which will not cover your cell phone or any damages that occur to your cell phone and the insurance company  Asurion told me to go f*** myself twice and that they will not cover my cell phone because if they covered every cell phone that people break they would be out of business. MetroPCS has done me wrong and will not give me a new phone and their phone that has not worked since day one almost killed me when I dialed 911 and needed medical emergency attention and I almost died on the side of the road because the service that they provide did not work because they gave me a cell phone that never works since day one.

They MetroPCS located in Texas gave me the same run around that the cell phone insurance company that MetroPCS sells you Asurion that they can and will not help you get a functioning cell phone that will work. MetroPCS female spokeslady told me she will connect me to  Asurion on their phones and I told her I will not speak to them after they called me a mother f**** after being switched around to a dozen other people on the switchboard and my mother is dead and told me to go f*** off and hung up the phone on me and she's trying to send me back to them this is what Metro PCS does to you their sales service sucks.

They do not give you a phone that functions they sell you insurance that does not cover the phones and they tell you to go F*** yourself this is the type of people MetroPCS has working for them and all I asked for since I'm paying for service for a year and half is to please provide me with a cell phone that works. Because the cell phone that MetroPCS provided for me I could not use because it was a damaged phone since day one when they gave it to me. All Metro PCS had to do to make this situation right was to provide me with a phone that actually worked but they refuse to do so and they were arrogant about it just as the insurance company that they provide was arrogant you don't get this through AT&t or Verizon. If MetroPCS would have done the right thing by giving me a new phone that works? This would not be posted as of today it's all about the money and the profit not by doing your customers right like Verizon and AT&t does, and they two times told me basically to go f*** myself (so I told them No you go F*** yourself.
