Natalie Sweny demands payment through text and has wrong email on file, demands to show up at address on file immediately, because "this is getting crazy". Client says no. Asks her politely to email the bill. She can't take no for an answer. She apparently showed up anyway. She then changes the amount owed, increases it because yet another mistake she made, and threatens to sue and make client pay filing fees for district justice. There wasn't any dispute from the client. Electronic bill arrived March 1, 2023.
I simply needed to call the insurance company to verify this was legit and not a scam or fraud happening, late Feb. being contacted out of the blue. And she was demanding the payment for about $1000, immediately and willing to show up and collect it, even if it was the wrong amount on the original bill?
She generated the madness all by herself. Debt was paid in full within just days of interactions. However, she continued blaming the client and customer for her own mistakes and threatenedto go to court for no reason at all.
She had wrong address on the bill, to just add to the confusion even more. The original work order and contract was for different services than what were even provided. But she doesn't even give client the time of day to investigate or look deeper. There is much more to this story, and how this business manager harassed and continued the harassment, made lots of mistakes, and just wouldn't listen or behave in a professional manner at all.
More complaints have been filed with this business than any other I ever dealt with in my entire life. Felt defrauded after making payment in full, and kind of need to look into getting a full refund, which may never even happen.
Even though payment was made in full after just a few unpleasant interactions with Natalie Sweny, she continued being rude, spiteful, mean, and unprofessional. And as a disabled combat veteran who needed disaster relief services, this was adding insult to injury.
Business did next to nothing to actually help the situation, showed up late, after water receded, imposed other services, and gave a huge debt to deal with for services not even warranted, needed, requested or asked for. No quote was provided verbally or in writing.
The business sweet talked client out of keeping their respectable property insurance involved, being that they claimed the services would fall so far below the deductible it wasn't needed. That was also a red flag. Then waited 4 months to contact client about bill, and blamed client for the lateness. It was their fault for having all the wrong information to begin with.
Overall, feeling victimized and beaten up by this business interaction. Never had a worse experience. Had to file a police incident for harassment almost immediately and use the BBB to try to de-escalate. Ended up reporting business to consumer protection bureaus and for FTC violations among a few other actions.
This business charged $1341.41 for removing some wet cardboard and placing fans in a basement for a weekend. And never even gave a quote, but this amount seemed absurd for what work was actually done at the address. Client called insurance for a possible property insurance claim for water to be pumped, but they showed up after the disaster already subsided, then took 4 months to contact client about billing, and was rude, unprofessional, and aggressive about collecting payment immediately without question.
