I had Dr. Fakhre perform a simple surgery to remove excess fat on the chest. He did not use drains which were the cause of excessive fluid build up, and led to extremely large seromas hanging down from both sides of the chest. When asked to drain, or aspirate the seroma's, Fakhre claimed that he had a policy not to aspirate seromas.
When I asked why, he stated that he was afraid the needle may cause an infection. This was a poor excuse not to treat, as aspirating seromas is a common treatment. In so many words, he simply did not want to take the ten minuets it would have required to treat what would have normaly been a quick and simple procedure. As a result all of the fluid calcified in place leaving large, rock hard knots requiring another surgery to remove.
The results of Falkre's attempt to remove the calcification were devestating. Fakhre removed so much tissue, I had caving on both sides of the chest, and he completely removed all of the tissue on the right side. It was cear that he did nothave a clue what he was doing. I had to go out of state in order to have two additional reision surgeries with a qualified surgeon who specializes in repairing botched surgeries.
Going to New Tampa Plastic Surgery was the worst mistake of my life. It cost me years of pain and suffering and tens of thousands of dollars. Fakhre has denied my requested refund, nor has he attempted to compensate me for all of the out of pocket expenses I have incurred in order to restore my body pror to his "butchering".

And I wish I could take it back, but I can't. A lot has happened since I made the decision to file this complaint. I was in a screwed up mental and emotional state when I wrote it because I really wanted to look like Mitch Gaylord after going through the surgery.
He is my wife's favorite gymnast and since Debra is the love of my life, I really wanted to step up and do something special for her. She deserves it having to put up with me all the time. I have become super self-conscious in my old age and when the surgey didn't look exactly as I had expected, I hastily put the blame on Dr. Fakhre.
I spoke out of anger and I now feel really bad about it. I am a very sensitive guy that likes to cry all the time and he never judged me for that. I also have mood swings where I will fly off the handle for absolutely no reason. You need to be a saint to put up with me. Him and his staff bent over backwards for me when they learned I was dissatisfied with the procedure.
Dr. Fakhre made time in his schedule to speak with me during and after hours. He really did go out of his way to help me. The issues I was fixated on have all been resolved and I have no gripe with New Tampa Plastic Surgery. My chest looks great now and I love what I see when I look in the mirror.
I may never be a work of art but I am my best self thanks to the good doctor.

I am the man who filed this complaint and I feel bad about doing so. I know I can't remove it but I have an obligation to set the record straight. I have had multiple conversations with Peter and he went above and beyond to help me.
As it turns out I didn't fully understand the procedure or what it entailed. Dr. Fakhre and his staff made time to really explain things in a way I could understand and treated me like family. I did not expect that due to the way I treated him.
He didn't even judge me because of my mental and behavioral issues that cause me to do things that I later regret. My chest is looking great now and all my issues have been resolved.
