I have recently opened a Nexo account and transferred a test £100 on 25/04/2021 - so glad I didn't do more, as of today it is still not there.
The money was sent as Faster Payments so was in there account within 2 hours. I have triple checked the details they provided but no one knows where my money is. Sadly I have transferred in XRP and BTC so its going to take me 3 months to get my money back out with their 1 transfer per month rule.
Back to Celsius I go, can't recommend them enough.
Ticket created under #400445, I just want my money back now - I am not bothered about the interest.
My advise to Nexo: Stop blaming your banking partner, you chose to use them therefore its you that are at fault if they cannot do what they are supposed to do. If it is really them then find a new banking partner. If the issue is down to too many customers, freeze new memberships and get the basics right - walk before you run.
I hope you get these issues sorted out but for me you have lost my trust.

I lost hundreds of dollars repaying loans early and had to make 3 to 4 payments all at once to pay in full. Their support was horrible and did not respond to issues in a timely manner. Your deposits are at their mercy as they won’t even show they got the pending deposit prior to it posting. If you buy stable crypto with nonstable crypto and vise versa they secretly hide their fees totally unacceptable.
They keep increasing your liquidation collateral threshold every day meaning if your 30k loan gets liquidated if your collateral lowers to 37569 the next day it will be like 37578 and so forth with no disclosure Interest was paid daily at a random time every day Nexo coins can’t be sold on nexo you have to transfer to bsc2 or erc20 network and trade on uniswap or SafePal Never received a dividend for my nexo coins the only good thing was dumping them after I dumped their crappy liquidation tactics
