Complaint Review: Nishelle L. Blackwell - Monterey Park california

Judge Nishelle L. Blackwell aka Nishelle Louise Blackwell is one of the most notoriously corrypt, abusive judges in California. 

Nishelle L. Blackwell personally, while off the bench, has committed violence and sexual abuse against children of the families who have been unfortunate enough to be in her courtroom for adoption and other child-related matters. Nishelle Blackwee, "judge," does not deserve the title of judge.

Nishelle Blackwell has, for several years, while she was an attorney and then appointed to the bench as a so-called judge, actively participated in and profitted off of the lives and bodies and labor, essentially from the blood, of minors. And these are only a fraction of the reasons she became a judge when she was never qualified or nearly partial enough or professional enough to hold the position of judge. She participated with other high-position politicans in trafficking and selling children into labor and the drug trade and other nefarious activities in order to secretly profit and profit in a huge manner.

To make matters worse, Nishelle Blackwell has and continues to abuse her position as a judge to unjutly separate good parents from their children, deprive mothers of custody of their babies and young children and make rulings in whci full custody is handed over to the bad parents, terrible parents who abuse their children. Nishelle Blackwee has done and continues to do so because she is swayed by money. Money is secretly exchanged and Nishelle Blackwell is for sale to the highest backroom deal bidder.

Nishelle Blackwell never takes into account prrior rulings, case law or the law, period. Nishelle Luoise Blackwell clealry displays her malevolent nature in her inappropriate rulings in which mothers who never committed any misconduct against their children are completely ousted as a parent and the fathers are given full custody while the mothers are left out in the cold with not even visitation.

Nishelle Blackwell is a judge and an individual who cares absolutely nothing about the children in her court room. The fact that she has had and continues to have a history of making unjustified rulings in which litigants, mothers, are verbally abused in her court room by minor's counsel (One such frequent flyer inher court room is Dwanna Willis, a particularly corrupt, vicious, crooked atoorney driven by cruelty to produce false allegations as to what a child has told her and uses her lies to make reccomendations that the child in quaestion be permanently taken from his/her mother and be permanently given to the father, in spite of the level of abuse of the father). Nishelles blackwell does know better, she is completely aware of the games and lies. However, she always sides with the side that benefits her. Thus, if and when a mother is battling for her child in this judge's court room, the mother will inevitably lose her child for good and not even be granted visitation. And these actions fail children and damage, harm, and traumatize them most. For any child with a good mother to hear horrible lies and insults about his/her mother and be told that his/her mother does "not" love him/her and that is the reason the mother was ousted from his/her life is one of the worst disservices to a child, any child. And this is what Nishelle Blackwell allows and knowingly participates and in fact furthers in her court room.

Courts are supposed to be impartial forums in which both sides can present evidence and summations to have the best, most beneficial outcoms for their children. However, this jusge, specifically so-called judge, this smug, snide individual, Nishelle Blackwell is not there or anywhere to do anything for the benefit of any child. She is there to do only what benefits herself, to the very detriment of children.

But let's not forget the facts that Nishelle L. Blackwell is also a fierce child trafficker and child abuser. Her years of under-the-table off-the-bench acts against children has put huge sums of money in her pocket and has earned her an undeserved place on the bench-The bench of power over good parents and for the gain of bad parents.

If you happen to be aprent or other litigant in the court room of Nishelles Blackwee, be aware that she (Or, as she likes to be known as, "he") will never rule according to the law. And, if you are not the millionaire parent, then you will lose. If you are not the litigant with the deepest pcokets or ways in which to secretly contact her and offer her (Or "him") the most benefit, then you will lose. Your best weapon: Immediate Disqualification. You can and must easily Disqualify this threat to your case and life in a quick, simple manner: Simply sign and submit a Form 170.6. It is a short, quick form and requires no reason. You have the legal right to Disqualify one judge. Be sure to Disqualify this so-called judge. And remember that you must legally do so, submit the Form 170.6 at the very date that you have had Nishelle Blackwell assigned to your case.

No judge whom abuses and sells children into child labor and profits off of children's harm should be in a court room rendering rulings in child matters. The irony!
