Very bad. First I spoke with a gentleman and got info, next day voicemail...Joan stating they wanted to help with rent haven't received email. I called spoke with her and emailed. Joan called again I proceeded and asked for confirmation of email. Thinking all was going accordingly and being taken care of, on the 22 of May, a week later, I didn't hear of anything. I called a few times and email as well simply wanting to know what the status....No response. Couple days more. I thought strange.
I decided hid number...someone answered....it was Judy, the supervisor, I recognized her voice from before, but acting like someone else, saying she "overheard" Joan speaking to supervisor and I being denied with no explanation. And stating...oh yeah we got the calls and emails, a lot of them. She fumbled over her words. Well, it's important and life changing. Especially when told it'll be taken care of and then it's not. My heart just sank. So not sure what I'll do now considering it's June 2. They're getting all sorts of money, a lot, But where it's going I haven't a clue. Pockets?? Because it's not going towards helping people. Oh, yes I do have all sorts of proof.
