My Pillow My Coffee I paid $50 for MyCoffee and did not receive the package. MyPillow refuses to refund, refuses to ship replacement package, and refuses to file lost package claim woth Fed-Ex.. Shakopee Mn
I ordered the MyCoffee from the MyPillow company on 12/29/22. Delivery was set up with Fed-Ex to take place on 1/6/23. Fed-Ex lost the package and refused to file a claim because the shipper MyCoffee has to file it.
MyCoffee refuses to file, they refuse to reship another package, and they refuse to refund the almost $50 that I paid. I placed a dispute through PayPal and now MyPillow wants me to life the dispute so it will tell the bank everything is ok, and it’s not! I paid nearly $50 for MyCoffee merchandise, and I didn’t get anything.
PayPal keeps moving the resolution date up on the dispute and they refuse to talk to me about it as well.
