R. K. Home Service gave me a quote on a deck. He said he needed to buy the materials; first, we agreed. I gave him thousands as a down payment for materials. This was back in June of 2022. He put a deck frame up and never completed the deck, and it is now November. He said he would give me my money back, but I haven't heard from him. So now I have my attorney going after him.
