Richard Houghton or KASA Investment Fund Initially my money was suppose to go to a project Turks Caicos but then switched to Belize project Playa Del Carmen Quintana Roo
I was searching for an alternate investment to the stock market and KASA investment was selling the idea of property where the purchase would be made without carrying any debt since investors like me would be shareholder/owners in the project. I was told the minimum investment was $50,000 and I recieved a digital certificate.
I was told there would be a 5% IRR for upto 3 years or until the opening of the hotel. I saw many professional looking videos on youtube and a webpage, they cited magazine articles, and an employee named Gordon MacAlpine asking if I new anyone else interested in investing. He has/had a work email for IPM (investment Properties Mexico).
