RockAuto They charged what they want where suppose to credit me back when they received the parts but only gave me partial credit and then they blocked off my email Madison Wisconsin
Purchased a steering unit and with a three-year warranty after 9months he went out they did not have a replacement so they requested to return the part for the full credit and this part has a cost charge what I had to return the call prior, and they did charge me for returning the core which was seven dollars and from 150-7. It was 143 now send it again and they said they would deduct the shipping from the amount that's owed for the core and instead of 150 and may be -7. They only credit me 122 and when I questioned it went back-and-forth they blocked my email address they said the the credit was finalized.
