My Ex and Daughter secured an apartment at 9619 Herons Nest Ct in August 2020 and I came from Vegas to stay with them as a guest help them move and pay rent for my Daughter while she was in college.  The Rent is kindof high $1600 for a 2bd but we had a Security Gated Community with Controlled access, Tennis courts and Walking around small lakes and trails for hiking.   

The gate has been broken for 2 years the office wont fix it despite numerous complaints the Owners Cardone Capital and Rpm Living dont do anything about the problems with the apartments they are looking to beef up the rental amounts by forcing seniors and senior vets out in Non Renewal of Lease to justify a $600-$700 increase in renting to which they are bringing in more and more Section 8 because the Federal Gvt doesnt care and will just pay then Billionaire Grant Cardone can sell this to his Investors at a Profit. **  see Pics

The apartments are riddled with AirBorne Mold and FireAnts are explosive on the grounds they wont call or pay for Pest control and I have had several bad infected bites..The Walking and Nature trails are blocked off by the county of Palm so you can only walk the lakes with the fire ant infestation.

We as Seniors are being forced to move with no option for month to month after I blew the whistle against giselle and the Jamaican HVAC guy because they Laughed at me when I showed them a repair bill for Leaking Coil HVAC our bill has been 200$ every month and the last one was 283$. 

I had to email Dan Bell and tell him we have been breathing mold for 2 years because your management team that is so trustworthy has just been refilling the HVAC every 2 months when they should have sensed a problem. 

They fixed it finally in May and then I had to argue about the Mold cleaning.  We were finally asked to move and denied renewal and M2M when my spouse called because she was shocked since we payed on time and had no complaints the Manager Giselle said "you did nothing wrong it was bill".

They dont pic up trash around the lakes and Michael Santalessa laughed at me when I told him I picked up a bag in 10 minutes at 9619 Herons.  They only cut the grass at the end of the month to show tennants but the office is always trimmed.  

This is a terrible place to live. No one pics up after their dogs, the management rides over the dog sh*t, landscaping runs over the fire ant hills spreading them, the security gate is broken and wont be fixed cars  have been broken into and get this in this #bidenflation they are forcing seniors out of 1bd 1300, 2b 1600, 3bd 1800 to raise rents to 1bd 1899, 2bd 2100-2300, 3bd 3000+ .  

I would not have said anything I was keeping quiet going to pulmonary doctor for lung infection and biding my time to seek counsel but on the 4th of July I heard from a neighbor they threatened to evict you for Fireworks and sparklers for kids and they were doing the same "No Renewal" to 10 others.. I believe in capitalism but taking advantage of housing shortage for such an bad investment property is just unAmerican.
