I have been a customer of the store for some time and all my purchases have always been delivered correctly. Occurs that in my last order something went wrong (Order # 201228717). I only received part of the purchase, one item was not sent. The company told me the following about it: "As our internal investigation indicates the package was shipped including all of the items ordered, we ask that you contact the local post office in Brazil to file a claim". So the company's policy is as follows: if there is ever a problem with your order the company won´t do anything about it. The customer who bears the loss, unbelievable.
