Sam's Club Shipped Order To Wrong Address Messed Up Refund Salt Lake City Utah
I had ordered items to be shipped from Sam's Club. I know I put in my correct address. They shipped my items to the wrong address. I received a notice that the items were delivered August 29th 2024 at 12:50 pm and signed for by a CTibbots. I checked with our receptionist and they said they don't recall two packages being delivered from Sam's Club via Fed Ed. I called Sam's Club customer service and was given the runaround. The woman I talked with sounded like she is on street drugs. So I contacted Sam's Club Chat. The person I chatted with didn't even verify if the packages were shipped to the correct address. So he KNEW it was an inside scam. That is why he didn't have me verify my shipping address. He said he would refund my money and only refunded $10.00 I called Fed Ex and they told me that the shipping address they have for the two packages is very different from my shipping address. I will never do business with Walmart or Sam's Club again.
